What does MyNextBHK show?

Newly built, under-construction and recently completed 2 and 3 BHK apartment projects in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Gurgaon, Noida, Delhi, placed on a map around the area you choose, with listed prices, sizes, handover dates and RERA registration numbers.

Is MyNextBHK a broker?

No. MyNextBHK is a free discovery site. Builders cannot pay to be listed or to rank higher, and we do not take part in any sale.

Where do the prices come from?

From builder websites and, where needed, listing portals. Every project page links to its sources and the date they were checked. Prices change often, so confirm the current price sheet with the builder.

Why can't I find a project I know?

We add projects only when we can confirm a RERA registration and at least one reliable source. Email hello@mynextbhk.com to suggest one.
