Prices, sizes, availability, handover dates and approvals can change without notice, and we cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or current. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell, a valuation, or legal, tax or financial advice.

We are not a broker

We do not act for any builder or buyer, take part in any sale or receive commission. Builders cannot pay to be listed or ranked. Any agreement you make is between you and the builder or seller.

Check before you pay

Before you pay a booking amount or sign anything, confirm the price, the RERA registration, the approvals and the title with the builder and an independent lawyer. Drive times, distances and calculator results are estimates to help you compare, not promises.

Links and ads

The site links to builder websites, government registers and other sources, and shows ads from Google. We do not control those sites or ads and are not responsible for their content, offers or privacy practices. An ad on MyNextBHK is not a recommendation.

Using the site

You may use the site for your own home search. Please do not copy the listings in bulk, scrape the site in a way that slows it for others, or try to interfere with how it works. The MyNextBHK name, logo, design and original text belong to us. Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors.
